BACK ORDERS

Although we try to maintain adequate stock of each item, at times this is not possible. We keep all back orders in our system and once available, all pending orders are shipped. If your back order is over one month old, we will call prior to shipping. If you do not wish to fulfil the pending back orders, please give informed consent.

LATE FEES

Overdue Invoices will incur to a service surcharge of 2% per month. But not in excess of the legal maximum

NSF CHEQUES

If we receive NSF cheques, all future or pending orders will be released upon full payment. Matrix Furniture Group Inc. will be entitled to charge $100.00 service fee for all NSF cheques received.

SHIPPING HOLDS

If your account is past due or exceeds your credit limit, your order will be placed on shipping hold until payment arrangements have been made with our credit department.

DIRECT SHIPMENTS

TRANSFER OF GOODS POLICY

Title of goods are not Transferable to the sold party until paid in full.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Anyone wishing to use Matrix Furniture Group Inc. photography must obtain approval from our Marketing Department at our head office. Failure to obtain approval can/may result in legal action.

LIABILITY

In any no event shall Matrix Furniture Group Inc. be liable to the customer or any party, for any incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with any sales made by Matrix Furniture Group Inc.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

No goods are to be returned or exchanged without authorization from Matrix Furniture Group Inc. All mirrored products must be inspected and informed of any damages before the respective driver leaves the premises to qualify for a claim. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Factory defects must be reported, and items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a sufficient claim.
